Ehh, I wouldn't say that. A lot of people don't realize how you hold a pose matters a lot. If toney opened up like Joel, I doubt Joel would look bigger. Toney is a big old guy, I doubt there are many people that can "dwarf" him.

hey "harley", check out the camera angle right there big guy. Stubbs is facing toward the camera, toney is almost facing away, you can clearly see how stubbs is "opened" up.

ok look i see to an extent what u are saying., toney aint a lightweight...
But, if u put Toney and stubbs side by side, same angle, same distance from camera.. he is significantly wider. His legs are shit i know, but, i would say if they both had jeans on, shirt on or shirt off- toney is definately smaller.

X = 285 6'2- Most complete big man and now it is clear
Joel =300 6'4- Best Upper body in the Business- Best Back
X is showing how he looks next to Big guys ( J nor Dennis can compare to Joel- size wise) and X can!
This is also a Testament of The over looking of Joel Stubbs - X - giving hims some good looks
X WILL BE THE BIGGEST AT THE O! He beat Dennis Wolfe at 268 and Phil, Gustavo and stood with Dex and VIC at @ 273 , Now heading into the O X will increase size beyond belief and compete close to 286-288
Everyone got to see X battle with Phil. Dex, Melvin , Dennis James ( New and Improved), Dareem, David Henry, Tarik , just to name a few over 9 shows - instead of Internet Picture - Underdog in everyshow - except the Masters - which he got Dwarfed ::)
This is a Bodybuilder - Showing and Proving and will be an Immovable object and Returning to Form as he Promised to his fans and supports!

no doubt. Toney does have the overall pleasing physique. Mass and aesthetics. But, i wouldnt deny a greg kovacs prime offseason wouldnt dwarf him. (not comparing stubbs to greg by any means)

Toney has said " Joel is Huge " and he is 2 inches Taller and Wider , It fits Joels frame! X will not sacrifice anything to get away from his X frame and shape - NOTHING !
I guess this is a Preview of X and the O line up since he is about 2 to 3 inches taller than some Competitors and carries the same Dominance !

Stubbs has to be the toughest pro to judge. His upper body is first ballot hall of fame caliber; yet, his lower body looks like something you'd see at a local show. From the waist down, every bb in that line up blows away Stubbs.

Stubbs is all back...no legs. As for Toney, he's tall but never really that impressive in any area. But, he does manage to win shows-somehow.

freeman is like the new Cormier, nothing stands out but a total, complete package.
Stubbs should be top 10 at the O regardless of his torn quads, his upper body is that good.

Look at Chacon's calves on that last pic...... From these pictures (not the flexonline ones) its clear why Charles won, his conditioning beat freeman.

Indeed, he does look different. I saw him in Orlando, when he won that show there in 2004. It's as if he has 10-15 lbs of muscle hidden somewhere that just magically appears on his frame, once he starts posing.

Size for the sake of size will loose over a combo of shape, muscle, and conditioning... simple if you know anything about bodybuilding.

come on, man. these are the two biggest giants on the bodybuilding stage nowadays, but, Toney is way fuller and more rounded than this guy. He's about one inch taller than toney. Freeman would hand that sucker his ass to him anytime.
