Over the course of the day:

1 cup cottage cheese
1/3 cup oatmeal
1 tsp honey
1 banana
1/3 lbs ground turkey
1 apple
3 chicken breasts
3-5 cups raw broccoli
1 sweet potato
2 glasses mourvedre
2 protein shakes

i'm looking at 2200 calories, give or take.

1 beef taco......yes.....i truly eat this every day for lunch

6 pancakes

orange juice

i will train in 2 hours and post workout meal will be...

1 pound ground beef....1 slice of cheese
small serving of rice
ice tea

ok bros.....so far today:  coffee.....orange juice.....3 eggs scrambled....bacon.....2 pancakes

2 bowls chili.....no training today.....just watching some NFL football.....day of rest.

tonight will be meatballs for dinner.....before bed I will have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

today i decided to do some low carbs/cals...was sitting on my ass all day.

-100grms oats, eggwhites, olive oil.
-"a cup" brown rice and chicken breast.
-liquid eggwhites
-same
-chicken breast on the pan

coffee throughout the day...

A tablespoon of honey every couple of hours for quick energy.

Lots of diet soda. Large bowl of spinach. Some white fish


I'm very cutting aggressively. Aiming to lose 10 pounds in 3 weeks.

Low carb leaves me exhausted, hence using the honey.

Trained chest....bis.....calves. .....workout lasted a little over an hour


breakfast was coffee and two chocolate doughnuts

lunch was 18 mild wings from Buffalo Wild Wings

Dinner was Manwich and french fries.....washed it down with ice tea

before bed.... 2 lean hamburger patties with cheese

breakfast: egg whites, raw oats, whole eggs
mid-morning: cottage cheese, raw oats
lunch: tuna, chicken, rice
afternoon1: whey, raw oats, olive oil
afternoon2: whey, raw oats, olive oil
dinner: double patty cheeseburger (cheat meal)
before bed: casein

This is cutting on > 5k calories. Don't have time for real food all day, so whey's better than nothing.

I cook it on the stove.....I add some Lawry's red salt.....olive oil.....pepper.....green tobasco

This thread proves BBing is all DRUGS, and 200-400 grams of protein daily to maintain muscle size is BS.  i had 2 bagels, subway 12 in and a shrimp/crab salad.  that's under 100 grams, easy, and that's every day, just about.  
ideally, how should a natural bodybuilder eat?
