I see you love the diet Coke. Love that carbonated feeling. I'm not a big soda drinker but when I want that feeling I just buy some ice-cold carbinated water and put a teaspoon of EAAs of whatever flavor I'm in the mood for and maybe a bit of Stevia and you're good to go. Xtend seems to have the best overall taste with that after taste many have.

With all the chemical they put in these soft drinks it can't be good for you long term when used so frequently.
I used to drink a lot of Crystal Lite but got tired of it.

I`ll give the Xtend a try though I dont worry about the Diet Coke or aspartame or any of that shit.

I drank and drugged like an animal for 33 years off and on.....mostly on so fuck Diet Coke .

I know the rationale is dumb but I figure if I survived all of that trash I put in my body a bit of diet soda isn`t gonna` kill me and if it does,,I`ll be a sorry dead guy   ;D

Pellius I`m certainly not bgagging by any means and it is my main regret in life, but I cannot convey to you how bad of a drunk I was so aspartame can go suck a cock   LOL  ;D

I realize that you`re right of coure and I am trying to eat healthier after my years of debauchery so Xtend it is.

7 egg whites,2 whole eggs scrambled
2 cups steel cut oats with a tsp. of light brown sugar
6 oz. OJ

chicken + rice with tomato sauce and diced tomatoes ....one of my staples
8oz. Diet Coke

1+1/2 pounds of cod fish sauteed in olive oil
5 tomato slices
6 oz. Diet Coke

1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
1 banana


I drink a shitload of coffee also..........at least 3-4 cups a day.

I avoid fat free and reduced fat food products, specially when it comes to dairy products. Non-processed or altered foods are the best foods, IMO. I also avoid all artificial sweeteners. The diet coke you drink is most likely sweetened with Aspartame or SPLENDA. The chemical breakdown of Aspartame is a methyl ester of the aspartic acid/phenylalanine dipeptide. SPLENDA is made from sugar in a multistep chemical process in which three hydrogen-oxygen groups are replaced with chlorine atoms. Most likely neither of these chemical compounds are good for you. Foods labeled fat-free, reduced fat, low-fat or sugar-free don't equate with calorie-free — and they often contain additives like salt, sugar and chemical fillers. Reduce fat milk has more sugar the whole milk.

I was not sure if it was known / eaten in America or not.
We have decent ready made ones here. I heard it is a bit difficult to cook from scratch.

Like Hollandaise sauce, Béarnaise is easy to "break". Too much heat and the egg yokes are scrambled or the sauce separates. Most people make it using a double boiler. Really good chefs can pull it off using direct heat. One way to cheat is to make these sauces using a blender....but they aren't as flavorful when made that way and you still have to watch the temperature because the egg yokes can still scramble and the sauce can separate. Many restaurants buy these sauces already made. You can also buy something they call Hollandaise in grocery stores.....has no flavor at all.

It would take a truckload of Aspartame to do any damage to your body......and I only drink Coke occasionally.

If I was prepping for a contest lot of these items would be eliminated but I highly doubt that in the limited quantities that I`m ingesting that they are gonna affect me adversely at all.

Drank a ton of water througout the day as well as a couple of cups of coffee

I bought an 8 pack of 16 oz. Diet Cok...........I may not buy one again in months.,and I only drink milk on occasion.............fat-free, 2 % , or whole milk.

Wes ,Coach ,Iron nat and others keep these coming please.I am dieting and training in a high rep non stop fashion trying to get in my best shape.I always trained more in a powerlifting way but having had my hip replaced last year my heavy squat days are gone.Only diet I ever followed was just zero carb.I am getting some real good menu ideas from this thread. Thanks guys

I was at the hospital for eons with my mother in-law.......stopped at a store on the way home and had some weird fucking problem with my ignition.........couldn`t turn the key at all.

Ended up tapping the ignition with a pair of pliers and finally I could turn the key..................... weird shit.

Anyway,under the circumstances I ate as good as I could.

Sorry to hear about your mother-in-law.

Not sure if this might help but if the transmission is not fully in park the key sometimes won't turn.

Keys for my cars...nothing special...are about $250.00!!

On the road again had to drive to the moon cuz my mother in law was taken back and re-admitted to the hopital.

Before that I had a ton of shit to do plus an 11 AM doctors apintment so 3 cups of coffee was all I had until I got to the hopital....tried to trick my mind that I was doing intermittent fasting.  ;D

At the hospital:
chicken breast on grilled flatbread,with bacon,carnmelized onions,and BBQ sauce.
8 oz, FF Choc. milk

12 oz, chicken breat
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
water

4 whole eggs scrambled
bagel with fake butter pray
water

Terrible but adequate considering the conditions I was under.

TRAINING IS GOING GRWAT...NOT A TON OF VOLUME YET BUT TRAINING HARD WITH VERY LITTLE REST AND MY STRENGTH HAS TRIPLED OR QUADRUPLED SO FAR.
