Hello,
Why not just train hard on the basic compound movements - eat good food - rest & grow.
Build a good solid base - before you start using anything & everything.

Be ready for lots of abuse - this is GetBig.

He is Chaz Ryan, a bodybuilder! He has a very thick and strong upper body! Hope I can have a body like him!
