I thought the same thing based on the videos MR.yl posted. I was expecting a mass of people, I was disappointed I had other plans this weekend and I told myself it’s just a sea of people it won’t be worth going to….. it looks like a lot of people stayed home (unless these videos were filmed early).

I find the LA FitExpo is slow on Friday. I was only there in 2011 and 2012...but the videos may have been from then.

Saturday is busier, but still nothing like the Arnold.

These were filmed mid day on Saturday. The place was packed but not as packed as a few years ago before Covid. And it seems there were less Fitness Celebs there this year. I actually liked it better this way since I wasn't constantly bumping into people while filming. Sundays are even slower and probably the best time to go if you dont like large crowdss
