The days I actually go to the office, I like to hang out in that cool corner lounge with free food, TV and the cooler crowd. Today I show up and the door is closed, lights off.

I proceed to open the door to find a man wearing an unusual head gear / attire, crouched on a small mat, his forehead on the previously mentioned carpet.

I decide to still hang around, grabbing some club soda and proceed to turn on the TV.

The man starts giving me dirty looks, storms off to only come back 20mins later with the HR lady who explains that "insensitive complains" could be find against King23.

A hard working american was asked to "take down" his "christian calendar" from his office walls weeks ago.

That ain't right.

It's much worse here in Europe. We are about to cancel traditional holidays and trade them for the muslim holidays.

if it was a common area - why the frag should you catch flak? In my university there was a prayer room for that type of crap so we wouldn't have to be inconvenienced by their prayer timetable.
