Looks to me to have great pro potential.

In both cases.

Any objections?

This pic shows me that BB was very popular back in the 50's and 60's and that it spread out into the mainstream.  I mean there are families, wives, children and everything watching this show.  And there are many other pics around that shows the same support from "regular" people.  I really think Weider screwed up Bodybuilding for the future.

Onlyme-nice muscle beach shot from the 40's or 50's......and did you catch the Navy ship in the background? Man that thing looks real close to shore.

I wonder if this was during the WW II period-41-45? I bet you this pic was taken during the war, crazy shit man.

Rules, I agree on that picture. Looks like it was taken during WWII with that ship in the background. Is it a carrier?

Rules, I need your mailing address to send ya some photos.

Let's see if I can still do this.......

Here is a shot of Ernie Santiago and Maria (no longer together). I have no idea what year this was taken.

How bout these guys (above photo) could be a group of foreign circus performers or acrobats. But definitely not sure about that. I don't recognize anyone else in those photos but I'm sure someone on here will come up with some correct names or decent guesses.

One bodybuilder in the group pictured below has been doing well recently. Anyone up to identifying the correct individual and his name?

And in the second shot, one individual made an appearence in a relatively major Hollywood movie with a major old time star. Name the individual, the star, and the movie!

Pretty tough! Good luck!

In the first pic, is that Kris Dim on the left?

No, sorry but that is not Dim.

Here's a group you can definitely name. Taken a while back though.

UNRELATED QUESTION - A while back (within the last year or so) a young bodybuilder in Florida passed away.

I think his name was something like Robert Beneventura or something like that (only saw his photo once).

He appeared to be an up and coming competitor in the state of Florida and might have been nationally qualified.

Does anyone have the correct name of this young athlete and his competitive history and details on how he passed away?

Thanks, Stunt

Well if you rememebr awhile back I was talked about a friend and former trainer partner here is Hawaii.  I found some pics of him after he won my first show.  I remember someone couldn't believe the weight he could lift from the pic (the first one).  Well the next pics shows him in contest shape.  At about 185 lbs.  He was more like 220 in the off season and strong as hell.  Simpson Bannister is his name. He is in the middle.

Here is a pic of the Novice winner Rog Sager.  Great body this guy had and a crowd favorite.

The second pic is of a competitor who enters every BB show in Hawaii for the past 15 years.  He flies in from Molokai too. He is 61 years old there.  Looks great and has a great attitude.

The first pic is during our "Massive Posedown"  That is Palumbo and Chris Bennett

The second shows Flex.  He announced at our show he was coming out of retirement and compete in the Olympia that year.  The Massive Posedown was fun for all the competitors because it gave them the chance to be on stage with their heroes.  The flash bulbs were going crazy

The first pic of from our bikini contest.  The judges had alot of fun and it was a sellout.  We gave away $18,000 and the winner got $5,000.  The second pic is the winner Natasha
