customs came to my home with a package i ordered.
has this happen to anyone before?
these guys are asshole they wanted me to drop a dime on local dealers
like coke,heron,meth and all other narcotics they didnt even want anyone with steroids.what a bunch of assholes,and they kept my package.and did all this threatning and shit.
what do you think?

im like dude i dont do drugs and i dont know who does.it was crazy and heres the stupid thing i had a bottle of super test that i got from GNC awhile back they are pills they took that to and i said that stuff is legal I got it at GNC.they said no steroid type is legal.im glad they didnt find all my test amps.
i dont think anything will come of it im just out a hundred bucks.

they came to my house and we all talked and the guys were like. we know your not some supplier this is your personal use,give us some names im like ok cause they cant do anything all the guys i know are overseas.and the I.C.E. guys were like well how about some names of suppliers here selling meth,coke,etc and heron,i told them i dont do drugs and the people i do know are not suppliers,and the guy was like come on you know some suppliers.then they gave me one of the guys cell number and told me to call him if i know any suppliers it was weird.

Did you actually have the package/gear in your possession? If not they shouldn't be able to get you on anything unless you admitted that the gear was yours.

no i did NOT have it in my possesion they brought it to me.when i saw it i was like cool thanks untill they showed there badges.they just tried to f**k with me and they wrote down my drivers licence information.and they took some of my stuff i had bought from GNC,to me it was more like a scare tatic.it was kindda funny cause there were 4 guys and they were all talking at the same time,so i couldnt follow everything so it started to get funny.im hoping nothing else comes of it.

Bro, the best thing you can do is to keep your mouth shut. You are not required to answer any of their questions unless they have a warrant or a signed subpoena from a judge. If that is the case you still keep your mouth shut, play dumb and get a lawyer.
If they say "we know it's for your own personnel use" you don't agree or argue with them, you play dumb. If they continue to press then again you get legal aid. Even admitting that the gear sent to your house was for you and you alone, can at times be enough to make your life hell.
Don’t be rude and don’t be an ass when they question you, but understand that almost all successful endeavors pulled off by the feds, in regards to a single individual, are successful because the individual in question opens his mouth and invites trouble.

Did you give them permission to enter your house/apartment to search it? If so why? If you let them into your house & then let them take things it might be used as evidence for a warrant. You might want to get all the gear out of your house ASAP. Something about this doesn't make sense. If this is all true I'd be worried.
Nothing personal ZEEK but I almost want to call bullshit on your story. I've heard of people getting caught with gear & this sounds nothing like the stories I've heard.

Even if you did not have anything in your house you still do not let them in without a warrant. If you refuse entrance they may threaten you but that means nothing, if they enter anyway they have just shot themselves in the foot, because then even if they find a closet full of crack, the justification for entering your house is not there, and no judge in any court will allow this to stand even if you are guilty...not unless the judge wishes to go against basic constitutional law guidelines, which would ruin his career.
Take for instance the U.S. Supreme Court case of Mapp v. Ohio 1961. The defendant was convicted in the Ohio Common Pleas Court of possession of obscene literature and this conviction was upheld in both the Ohio Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Ohio. The U.S. Supreme court reversed the judgment of the Supreme Court of Ohio and remanded the cause to that court. In an opinion by Clark, J., expressing the views of five members of the Court, the earlier decision in Wolf v Colorado, supra, was overruled, and it was held that, as a matter of due process, evidence obtained by a search and seizure in violation of the Fourth Amendment is inadmissible in a state court as it is in a federal court.
In short, the state of Ohio had gone against basic federal guidelines, making materials seized without a warrant admissible in court, major mistake by the Ohio court system. Although Mapp was undeniably guilty of perverse actions and of obtaining illegal pornographic material she was off the hook because of irresponsible police officers as well as judicial officials.
So say nothing, do nothing even if they force their way on to you. If this happens in the end you will be let go of even if you are guilty as sin.

Usually they just send a letter.. im surprisd they actually went to your house. Either way, act like you dont know what they're talking about, dont accept or sign for anything and tell them to have a nice day as you close the door.

International mail has NO protection from inspection. Domestic mail however does. Doesn't surprise me if you got your gear oversea. BE CAREFUL! :o

Shit man I don't think a personal use buyer has much to worry about from his dealer. If the feds (or whoever) is watching a dealer they are gonna go after the buyer with the intent to corner the seller. Ofcourse there will be scare tactics, but they are more likely to try and bust the dealer when he is buying his distribution products from his dealer, or they will just be all over his mail to catch his source. Worst case scenario would be them trying to get you to testify against him, and even then there are ways around that. I think the best way to buy would be from a trustworthy, face to face source, ofcourse that isn't always an option for some people.

Best thing to do if you order your stuff by mail.. When you get your goodies, don't open it, write return to sender on it and don't touch it for a week or two..If anybody comes to your house w/ a warrant you can just say, "I didn't order anything, so I was going to send it back to sender" Just ideas for ya..

Since you say they brought you the package and they showed their badges while you were outside working on your car..the fact that there was more than one person delivering a package should have raised a red flag and made you deny knowing anything about it....not say "cool"...and try and accept the package...which is exactly what you said you did.Sounds to me like you are the complete dumbass there Zeek.
