Bacne (first cycle had it horrible)

Being a big juicehead isn't "in" anymore. Nobody wants that look and even kids don't respect it. Some will still respect it but more will look at a juicehead as a juicehead.

cause they say 120/80 is "normal"..........but thats , like everything is a lowball for joe average 5'9 150 lb nonathlete

if your near 150 systolic that still isnt real bad, even though they will tell you that you are prehypertensive



my point is, you might not have as high blood pressure as you think, because as a bodybuilder you are gonna hve higher blood pressure then a 40 year old married mother of 3

I saw a guy locally with the worst cystic acne I've ever seen over his shoulders, back and face.

Large purple and bright red craters covering his skin.

The guy looked mortified by it. It honestly put me off trying steroids
