Coach, after a heavy strenuous leg day I seem to be holding a few pounds of water. Is that normal?Could the muscular trauma cause me to retain water? It happens almost every time and goes away about two days later.

I know you train each muscle 2x a week but do you not think 1x a week would be enough to stimulate growth ? I feel stronger 1x a week.
i follow the old-school principle:training each muscle group 2 times per week
i agree with this actuallymaybe it could go to every 5 days, but once a week per bodypart is not often enough IMO
depends on intensity and volume. a few basic exercises will not hinder you training them twice a week but itīs amazing the volume musclecenter does.
