what I like to do is when I'm training arms in the gym, after a particularly grueling set, when they are pumped and covered in veins... shake my arms out like Paul Demayo used to shake his quads out...it completely demoralizes the smaller weaker members.

My experience has been different, that's all I can tell you. I was always in pretty good shape, but I had plenty of friends reeling in chicks, who had neither money nor muscle. They were just decent looking guys who had a shitload of confidence. Confidence trumps that other shit any day of the week.
