I looked my best ever but placed 4 out of 5th in the teen class ! Fucking pathetic

I retired from bodybuilding and I won't compete again, that brought me back to reality !
didn't really expect to win but 4th place is fucking shitty

now I will just train for fun and try to gain muscle mass 
and if I decide to do a show again, it won't be until like 10 years of off season

4th place ain't too shabby . If you think about it only 3 dudes beat you. If you build a better body than just 3 guys, you take the class.

Plus he is 20 and in the teen class, meaning he conceivably should be more advanced than the younger guys.

I'm not bashing, I think hes got a awesome physique, just not gonna lie to make him feel better

I don't see it that way. The way I see it is that he didn't come last and only 3 guys beat him. 3 is nothing. He actually did pretty damn well!

I don't care if he placed 5/5...his physique can go up against any teens in the states.  Damn, the competition up there must be tuff, I know from experience, that he would've placed well at the Teen Nationals.

And I understand your point too. He just shouldn't worry that he is 20 and came second last in the teen section. He did great.

It's usually legs and back that mean a low placing , if your condition is good. That's why the dudes with abs and chest often get told 'you're the champ' but it doesn't always happen for them.

Dude im not gonna tell him he did well, because he himself knows he didnt.  Just throwing a differing opinion out there.

He needs more time to put on size, plain and simple.  Im not trying to bash him, im agreeing with him.

sorry about your placing Stav, I know you feel down in the dumps now....but you looked great IMO, and improved from the year before.

Now, you just have to go out and use that ripped body to score some hott poon.  Take them back to the crib, and talk your old lady into a three-way or a four some.   Guaranteed to make you feel better
