What will jays head look like in 20 years?

Seriously, WHAT THE FUCK? I have never seen him in real life, but im sure id be much more shocked seeing the size of this humans cranium than i would his body. His head is literally 2x bigger than it was 10 years ago.

20 years from now it will look like every other decomposing corpse.  you really think he will live another 20 years given the dosages this guy takes to maintain that kind of weight?

I've seen him many times in person.  I have a 23 1/2 inch head and wear a size 7 3/4 hat.  This fucker must have a 25-26 inch circumference and easily wears a size 8 - 9 hat.

Maybe he was born with a bigger than average head and the gh added to it somewhat.

Atleast he can cover it with hair since he will never go bald.
