i agree dorian's structure is better but ramy's FLS is still great and better than most of the current top pros including the current mr. olympia.. why some guys here are harsh on ramy comparing him to dorian and ronnie at their very best??..

Ramy looks impressive the first time you see him. But then the more you look the more flaws you see and he becomes less and less impressive.

It's bullshit. It actually reminds me of that shit they used to say about Ronnie. There's a level of exaggeration in the claimed "start" these guys had. Oh they walked in the door and started packing on mass in their first workout. ::) They are liars.
And what's really strange is that it doesn't actually support or enhance the guy's image to know that he's a walking experiment for his "sponsors", anyway. If they said he'd been training for 10 years - it would make a hair of difference to how impressive he is. He IS impressive, period.

Looks pretty good, actually. Looking forward to you using this tactic (posting current day photos) arguing about Nasser's superiority over current day competitors. Should be an equally "fair" comparison ::)
But you're right, that photo was taken from quite a bit further under. It's astounding how terrible people are at thinking about that when looking at comparison pictures. In the back of their mind - they're thinking "something is wrong", yet it is rare to see people understand perspective, lighting, etc

Individual photos are always unclear, the real picture is when they post side by side, that's where you can spot the weakness or strength.

Agreed, so many people can't grasp how angles and lighting can make competitors look completely different. Thats why it's so hard to compare competitors with pics, such as the whole Dorian vs Ronnie thing... Its almost impossible.

Anyone who compares Dorian to Ronnie is a certified time waster. Apples and oranges. Why bother. They were the apex predators in their time and let's draw the line at that. Being british, I have witnessed a lot of commendable (but moot) patriotism in defending Dorian to the bitter end, but it's just a waste of time - I can't imagine a single person ever jumping camp and changing their opinion on the matter. Nothing is ever achieved by that debate. Just wasted life.

yep, Yates proportions are still unmatched.
Kai and Phil look better, not bigger, but they clearly have more detailed and proportional physique.
Rami's legs remind of (late) Coleman, barrel-like thigs and toothpick calves.
