It was a good and sometimes not so good run but we are to the point where ClavinSr has to be moved to a memory care facility .
He needs 24hr care now and we can't do that at home.

....So whoever ran the ClavinSr gimmick I must say well done and bravo! it was good laughs

We found a really good place within 5 minutes of my brother. sucks because it's 3 hours from me but it has it's benefits.
My brother is a musician who works nights so he'll see him a lot during the day.
Talk about fucked up it's somewhere around $6000 less a month to have him there instead of close to me!

Good to have family close by and the bonus of saving 6k a month. 3 hours is a decent drive but not obscene. The care he's receiving should be #1 priority.

Getting ready for somewhere in the amount of over 50 relatives and friends coming over for Easter!

...Again I have to hide the better Bourbon and Rye from the heathens in my family. I don't want to see my good stuff getting mixed with Ginger Ale or Coke

Nah, I like my family.

...Plus the food will be crazy good. Eggplant Parm, Ham, Steak on the grill, Lamb, Scallop Potatoes, Lasagna, Rice and whatever else I'm forgetting.

I don't see them that often.
Most of my father's side lives within the Tri-state area. All of our weddings, funerals, holidays, and picnics have a bunch of us.
Easter for some reason is when everyone can make it. Some family goes with in-laws on Xmas Eve and see's the other side of the family Xmas day type of thing. But not Easter everyone shows up and for the last three years in been at my house. Last year we had 61! All getting along every time we get together.

Didn't really go through a lot it was more of a beer and wine day.
My cousin is a co-owner of a restaurant and brought over a bunch of really good reds.

Went to see ClavinSr and the nurse told me he wasn't eating today.
I said hey dad the wife made homemade pasta and meatballs for you.

...He ate the whole plate without and prodding or help
