It's been a rough few months for Nick Cannon. Over the holidays, the rapper-turned-television-host was hospitalized for kidney failure in Aspen, CO. Then, weeks later, the star was back under doctor's care in Los Angeles for surgery on his ailing kidneys.
But sadly, Nick's health woes haven't ended there. Late last week (Feb. 10) Nick was back in the hospital for the fourth time in three months after experiencing horrible pains in his chest and right arm. Cannon was subsequently diagnosed with blood clots -- a condition he's taking very seriously.
"I was trying to downplay it a lot, even in my own mind," Nick revealed today on a morning radio show. "I travel a lot. Anyone who flies a lot can be a victim to getting blood clots because it can start in your legs or your lower back (from sitting for an extended period of time)."
"That, on top of my previous condition made me more prone to [getting blood clots]," continued Cannon. "I couldn't sleep because I was in so much pain. I was having a lot of pain in my back."
Nick's recent health scare has convinced him to finally slow down his hectic lifestyle ... if not for himself, for his twins Moroccan and Monroe. "My doctor was saying that my work is going to kill me -- and he's not joking," shared the star. "I think part of the reason why my health did kind of deteriorate was because I wasn't resting a lot and I was doing too much. I was overworking myself, working out too much."

LOL Oh please nice guy or not he doesn't know what a fucking hard day of work is. Jetsetting off to do interviews, recordings, and otherwise entertaining people is hardly considered "work" to most people. The guys makes millions flying cross country and he's attributing his health problems to too much "work". He might not get enough rest but please don't confuse that with working too hard. LOL these rich celebrities are hilarious. He's probably got some genetic predisposition to blood clots like blacks sometimes tend to have. He might have sickle cell disease who knows. He would never say in public and article isn't going to make any inferences because of HIPPA violations.

Some people have it better than others - Shouldnt hold that against them.
Dude doesnt do a bunch of fucked up shit like his peers, and he should be respected (more than the others at least) for it.
IMHO, lots of his constituents that deserve to have that problem a lot more than he does. You never see him on the news talking racist shit or going to jail for shooting someone or Od'in on coke.

He just did the Super Bowl Pre-game show this year, did a good job on it, most celebrities that came on to pitch/promote their movies or shit they were selling were a snooze and a bore, Nick was always there to pick up their slack.... Well spoken and funny best of luck to the kid

She was on my flight a few weeks ago from BWI to West Palm.... She had a hat and big sunglasses on, obviously trying to act like a star, but it's funny cause it was a southwest flight lol.
