From the picture it is clear your friend isn't thin enough to have lower abs. Also it doesn't appear that he lifts weights. It is hard to get a 6 pack without lifting weights. Most people just seem to get that skinny fat (unless they are black). If you want lower abs you need to drop your bodyfat very low. That bitch needs to put together a better diet, lifting, and cardio plan only then will he get decent abs, of course now his abs will have some nice scars to go with them
