Yeep. She is a good spotter. She was able to make sure the 290lbs on Bench Press the other day didn`t crush me.

A few reps I might add. As I get leaner each day I am also getting stronger which is appealing and motivating all in the same breadth.

My last ladyfriend was a good spotter as well. It's pretty motivating when you look up and your girl says "one more rep and this pussys your tonight" lol

She ate a Whopper last night before the gym actually. I had the JR Whopper as I was running out of calories and I wanted to bake some Thomas Jefferson Biscuits still when I returned home.
