i have discipline believe me.. but i dont know how to diet perfectly thats the problem.
i read everything about training and nutrition for 10 years obsessively
in the end it seems it's all a buble of air
it's actually really simple
for dieting just get enough protein (150grams should do it, can do more if u want) and make sure you have a caloric deficit
practically this means you cut back on carbs and fats
that's it
repeat daily for several months untill ripped
