he was right, look at his catalogue
Wow no one mentioned he was an Olympic athlete. He also was a nuclear physicist or something along those lines. It was his major in college if I remember
Universal Soldier was probably my favorite movie with him and Jean Claude Van Damme. Both Lundgren and Van Damme both had amazing physiques. I doubt that any of them took any type of steroids. If they did.. it was probably little to nothing. Both of them took up lifting and karate at early ages. Been training over 30 years. Their physique can be achieved natural. They look better than some of these guys taking juice to get up to 220lbs.. disgrace to bodybuilding. Just shows you what hard work can do for you.
Both have juiced. Anyone who knows anything about bodybuilding and hormones can see that. Van Damme actually competed in bodybuilding. And he was no Karate master, he was a ballet dancer. He was married to Gladys Portugues, a female competitive bodybuilder. And you think he didn't touch the juice?
dolph is the man, clearly getting hooked up with sly did him a lot of goodin fact it gave him a career
a crappy carrer made of z-rated direct to dvd movies.but who would argue with someone who ve been a karate world champion, olympic athlete, movie star int the 80's , comes from a rich familly and has a Masters in chemical engineering ?
He was a professional in karate. Earned his blackbelt.. was trained very well. He was involved in many competitions throughout Europe. He took up ballet to improve his flexibility and help him for karate. How can you say that he was no Karate master if most of his movies were fighting and karate? In bloodsport he went against Bolo Yeung. Bolo was also a professional who trained with Bruce Lee. Why would they put Van Damme in this movie? Because he was skilled.. trained hard and knew what he was doing. His kicks were all real.. no CGI or special editing effects. Even if he did take juice.. he took little to nothing. His body was amazing but even without drugs his body can be achieved naturally.
