Title: how long after pinning can I exercise?

pinning my thigh, with small amounts of test e & c.

I know it's going to be sore, I'm more asking about permanent damage.

I do endurance exercise.

Just trying to help a brother out by getting him more replies to his question. But maybe it should stay here since its very possible he has a brain injury.
