Bob spent the first 15 minutes dissing getbig readers. He said we don't know the history. He said we live in our basement and are idiots. And, when we talk about it, it is deleted.

I think what Wayne's agenda is to make money. He also wants to give back to the sport.

Shawn:
People will love you, and people will hate you. Bottom line is, Vince McMahon couldn't do it with $15 mil. No platform to guest pose or get in magazines. But, competition is good. Puts the IFBB on its toes. "We need to stay ahead of the curve". Wayne held the sport back.

Bob:
Wayne has repeatedly held contracts over athletes' head. Lorimer was not that pleased that Wayne was at the ASC. Chicago Pro was a flop.

Don:
I tried to be athletes rep. I needed signatures. I was a few votes short. Wayne took a chicken shit way to go about it, to avoid letting me be the athletes rep

I admire the fact that the guy is trying to do ANYTHING in the sport, based upon his exit. I strongly feel this is a total non-issue until they have their first show. J Manion is doing a great job. I never sucked up to DeMilia or to Manion!

Dan: What are Wayne's intentions?

Bob: Wayne does NOT care about the bodybuilders. Priest was banned from the O and fined him for $5K for pulling out of the O, by Wayne.

Shawn: 8 weeks before the show, I got hurt. Wayne suspended me from 1989-1990 because I didn't do the ASC in 1989.

Romano: There were people above Wayne who sometimes controlled his actions. To say "Wayne said" often meant "someone else said".

BRAVO ROMANO! Seriously, he stood up to the guys here.

Everybody's attitude about the NOC is "let's wait and see". We can't ALL wait. Someone has to buy a ticket. Many BBers out there will get a decent gig from it.

Shawn: Vinny Galanti signed with them, this will be his big break. Like the World Football League, they don't need to rival the IFBB. Wayne should be commended.

Shawn Ray- The baords are a neseccary Evil. It's like live TV. You're liable to have nutcases. Unfortunately, these kids try to overwhelm the board. It's a great place. I love to go there. 5 good posts, followed by 20 negative posts. These gusy have a lot of time on their hands. Some work all day long, and sit on the boards all day. It's a great place to hang out.

Romano: I think in a way, they're good. I wanna know where the anonymity thing came from. You shouldn't have screen names. And credibility- stories need to be substantiated. WHere else can a 13-year old punk with acne call them out? I read disingenious remarks about me

Bob: A lot of these people live on fantasy island. They think we take this stuff seriously. Pro BBers could care less. When some fool named "BigGunzz" is dissing you, it means nothing. It's fashionable to bash BBing. I never understood what 95% of these ppl are doing on the boards. I've never seen a guy with a thong onstage, these kids make stuff up- why are you here?

Dan- It's really a blown opportunity for these kids to learn something. You used to have to wait 3-4 months to hear this stuff. Now you get it in realtime. All the mudslinging, I can take, but they've run off many fans. Many females are terrified of being attacked.

Romano: I will say there are some very talented people on there. Steve Blechman and I actually thought about hiring one of these graphics guys form the boards, but he had 28 posts a day. Wonder who they're talking about?
