Some idealistic flower power displayed here
you can tell someone all they will ever need to know about training and diet in 10 minutes.

its not a lot of time to give someone.

If a PT session is only about sharing knowledge, then yes. In fact, you could handle them a book in that case.
The reality is that training/diet regimens need to be adjusted from time to time, clients can lose their focus, motivation or forget things, and so much more than that. The bottom line is that most people are too lazy or don't have the time to learn everything themselves.

I have always liked/respected your username.

If Peter North posted here, what do you think his username would be?  My guess would be "DroppingLoads".

They're motivated to see results, but they're often less motivated to get out of their comfort zone. Even motivated folks have their obstacles like full agendas or they forget things all the time. I remember a young dude from the last category. He always came up with the same or stupid questions, but with the right guidance he won his first show.

Explain what?... muscle physiology and biomechanics? -lol

All PT's are there for is to hold the clients hand and count reps.

Its that type of thinking that seperates shitty pts and those of us who have successful careers as trainers.

You have to understand the majority of people who have trainers arnt bodybuilders. Most people have that same thinking/opinions of trainers. Ill give them a feee session and theyre expecting me to walk them from machine to machine and count reps inbetween checking facebook, but instead I'll explain what theyre gona do and why. Sometimes using proper terminology and then explaining it in a way that they understand (layman's terms) & you that ligjtbulb go off&  they realize theyre not just having somebody change the pin on their weigjtstack, they're also getting an education. Make it clear to them the goal is to teach them things so that one day they no longer need me... But the more they learn, the more they realize they don't know. And that is why they continue to stay on as clients.

Thats why i have clients remain with me for 5, 6+ years & how ive been able to do this for over 17years..

I train 3 clients just to have some "play" money each month.

One client lost close to 100 lbs and won't let me get rid of her. (Female & Mental Crutch)

One client just doesn't want to be a female in weight room at 5 am by herself. (Female & Mental Crutch)

One client wouldn't even come to the gym if she didn't hire me. (Female & Mental Crutch)

I get an extra $12k/year to be a mental crutch for females. Personal Trainer my ass...

Yep, clients like that are very common. & 40yr old married female clients who enjoy attention from a handsome younger guy with a physique. Often catch them staring at my crotch. I was "let in on a secret" years ago that the girls could see the outline of my cock in my track-pants. Lol... Needless to say, about 75-80% of my clients are women, & my bootcamp classes are popular and about 100% female.

anyone who takes money from people for training or diet advice is a piece of shit, just share your knowledge willingly and freely.

Yet we've yet to see you post anything training or nutrition-related (in other words, "constructive")... What a surprise.

Maybe you're just bitter because nobody will help you, much less even speak or associate with you. Maybe your lack of friends has something to do with you being 50+ years old & complete lack of social skills.

Decent of you to fess up but why did you break that fellas confidence? Juicy gossip?

I suppose it was partially that.  Consider that Antoine had gone to rehab before, so it's not as if it was breaking news that he went again.  I was also a little disappointed that Antoine did not make it to my city, as he was the big draw.  I was also a little personally disappointed in Antoine...it was really not cool for him to leave his fans hanging like this, but I understand that he has his demons.

Sharing Antoine's story was not my business.

"His fans"    ::)

Antione better have a plan B.  His 15 minutes of YT stardom is fading fast.  I predict he'll commit suicide at some point.

Yup.  He needs to get a solid job at the local Piggly-Wiggly or Harbor Freight and get on with his life.  Such as it is because live to pose, pose to live is not really much of a life.

Because you're an expert on helping drug addicts, right?

You could always call the cops on him and have him locked up "for his own good".

It must really hurt to realize that this is as good as it will ever be for you, huh?  Run along before I have your PO ring you up, little man.  What a cuntlette you are.  And yes I would say as much to your face and you would do nothing. Unless of course, you still have a taste for PBJ, little monkey.

And as for meeting.  How do you know we haven't?  You are such a shitass.  Pathetic imitation of a life.

He's fat like an off season Lee Priest, but he shouldn't focus too much on cutting. Instead he should focus on a lean bulk with a slight calorie surplus. Esp his back needs work.
