If you're under 1G a week youre a "bit" enhanced, anything more and you're a lot enhanced  ::)

Yes I think so, some things are different...My legs are leaner, and my abs are much tighter, they may look about the same in pics but I can feel the thinness of the skin...I have had trouble getting the skin thin on my abs, its already thinner than contest time last year...But one thing is my back skin still feels a lil thicker than usual, maybe water i dont know...regardless I think by contest time my conditioning will be much better than last year...

What is there to really say about diet?  It's not rocket science.  Watch any pro bodybuilding dvd, copy the diet, done.  It just gets old when people ask me about diet.  Eat 6x per day, etc.  It's all out there on the web.

Better yet, the number of people who ask me about diet, then do absolutely NOTHING about their own.  This is why I don't even bother.  Just a waste of time. ;)  Or the guy who asks about "workout tips".  This type usually loves talking about making big changes, yet never does.  Not always, but usually.  They feel by talking about diet/training, they'll somehow transform their physique in the process, without actually using any of the information.

 You look terrific. Looks like your upper body, especially around your shoulder girdle, is much improved. Your legs do look more seperated. Nail the conditioning, and top 5? Very possible if you nail it. Best of luck, we'll be rooting for ya. Weez.
