Soy diet worsens heart disease in male mice...

..., but when switched to a casein-based diet,  the mice radically improved.  Female mice with heart disease were relatively unaffected by the soy protein diet.

So boys, stay away from soy products.  Soy has potent estrogenic effects.  Girls, soy products are fine for you.
