His muscle mass is nothing unnatural (plenty of normal folks walk around at 5-9 165) so maybe he is "natural" in the sense of not using steroids but I have a hard time believing someone can get that lean without a little extra help.

I asked Ron to change it and even started a thread about it. It was a childhood nick from a guy I am no longer friends with... so I decided it was time for a change :)

You got it all wrong... it's easy to get that lean... it's hard to have those full muscle bellys WITH ADDITION to that crisp ripped shape.

There's not one natural that walks around 165lbs looking like that

"Natural bodybuilding means that I choose to build my physique without the use of steroids, prohormones, or other banned substances.  It means that there is no substitute for hard work in the gym, a disciplined diet, and patience.  It means you have to use your brain as well as your brawn to devise and implement a plan that will push your body to its very limits and lead you to success on the bodybuilding stage."

Pay close attention. No shit he is using. He just said it right there.

You guys need to define what you mean by "natural".  Not using steroids or GH?  There are plenty of other things that "help" that I would consider unnatural.

Why not

not natural bro .he has an enhanced hard look that only gear will give you.. at that weight and height plus condition if he was natural he would look "stringy" ..AAS use is not about how much someone weighs its the look."alot" of the time weight comes down to genetics or response to hormones..

I believe he could be a lifetime natural, although he may use something to dry out and get that condition.

Who knows.

Competed in some shows with him.  Also, talked with him after one of the shows.  The guy doesnt get fat in the off season.  He diets for 20 some odd weeks.  He isnt outrageously strong.  Anyone thinks that cant be attained without drugs...seriously needs to be kicked in the head.
