He's got everything so backward...low volume training? 30 mins? 13 grams of drugs? No wonder he looks like garbage.
i am the very first who always says high volume ,concentrating on movement isa best etc.
but! when young, i was in and out the gym within 30 minutes at times, 3 times a week, (yes heavy doses, maybe more than him, not 13gramms, but since mine was real, most likely more than him,ie his gear will be 5times underdosed id guess)and i grew to quite some size, with oxlike strenght.
everything was great, back was thick and wide and dry.
it really worked.
but now in the 30s, can simply forget about that, things change.
gear or no, the body is a wonder machine when young.
no aches here and there, no fucking stiff spine for 30minutes upon waking up, at age 20 i felt liek i could sommersault out of the bed when waking up.
im no physiologist or anything, but things are different when very young.
And he had his gf inject it with synthol after it blew up!
