Will be interesting to see how he responds to the defeat and how the new training style is helping things.

I'd be very interested in hearing jay predict his Top 6 for the Olympia. Don't give him any wiggle room... make him list his top 6!

Jay's right about Phil though. Heath isn't there yet and no one(maybe Hany) knows Heath like Jay. I STILL think Jay is gonna win his title back. He's too big to mess up twice. No xprops to Dex but Jay is the man!!!! IMO!!!!
