Coach told me what he did. We are all different. There were some things in particular he did differently I will incorporate that I think will make a big difference. But everyone has a different metabolism structure and frame. I will make a change or 2 and see how it goes next time.  Not everyone just wants to emaciate themselves. Stage ready does not mean emaciated. I prefer my look at 230lbs over my look at 200lbs I am going to bring the look I prefer not you.

Some light stretching today. Tweaked the kneecap this weekend. :(

Do either of you guys carry any sort of gear when you go hiking?


Wife and I just got into hiking last year. Absolutely love it. This area has lots of scenic hikes, mountains, etc.
(White Mountains in NH).

Of course its seasonal (here) with winter and all. So we are looking to start back up for the season. (Its been shitty out so far).
A good thing to get away for the weekend to do... (Stay up north for the weekend).

So far, dont really carry any gear as we only do the smaller trails for now. A bag with some water and protein bars (and my gun) is about it..

Halving came and went.  At what point can we say it did nothing for the price of bitcoin when many thought it would make it increase significantly?

It's only been a few weeks. Halving historically doesn't do anything for the price for the first 2 to 4 months after it. If anything the price drops.

Halving increases mining difficulty and typically this means a lot of bitcoin miners go out of business, but it's not an overnight process. Those unprofitable miners may hold mined bitcoins which they dump as the exit and this is the reason why there is often a big initial draw down after the halving.

Once they are all out of the picture and only profitable miners remain, the sell pressure from miners selling decreases significantly, so conditions for price appreciation is far more favourable. The timeline is months, not days.
