Listen stupid. The world record for bench is over a thousand so 400 is believable considering there are 6 billion people on the earth. People can do this, its not like he is saying he can jump over a building; or are you one of those people that think if I cant do it no one can? hater.

Hey shit-stain......If you can smith 405....not 4x45/side......but a legit 405......then by all means lets see you do it.  I am betting $100 you cant.

i hear ya...4 plates a side on most smith machines is a total weight of 375....

that extra 35 on a heavy bench can destroy you if youre close to your max....

Even training at the Koloseum, I rarely see anyone use more than 315lbs fro bench and less for incline, there are only a handful of guys that go as high as 405 for maybe 8 reps. Only one guy in there, that I have personally spotted, went to 535 with a shirt.

So, yeah, these claims of 405 for 10 being light are pretty fuckin hilarious :)
