Here is Stan Mcquay in 2004 at 5`7 and 176 lbs.
So Croatch is bigger than this eh?
McQuay is sub 5% bf in that pic.
You know, the BF you claim to be ::)
I just find it funny that he is claiming that he is bigger than this known juicer and he is 5`7I'd say Stan is about 3% there, with a better genetic structure.
176 right here.
The last shots I posted, I was 225 with roughly 11% bf, so 208 @ 6% is reasonable. In this shot here, I was @6%, but at 200lbs or 197lbs? This was about 3 years ago. It's only about 8-9lbs over the past 3 years. In some ways, it actually sucks..hahahyou look great there Kenan.
Do the math Numbnuts,
He would be almost 30 lbs Heavier than Mcquay at 3 Percent.

thats not 6%, thats like 9%i agree, he looks fantastic there but you can tell looking at his legs that he's somewhat higher than 6 percent.
i agree, he looks fantastic there but you can tell looking at his legs that he's somewhat higher than 6 percent.
Sorry.
Your weight does not add up at all. Look at Stan`s picture then look at yours.
Sorry.
Your weight does not add up at all. Look at Stan`s picture then look at yours.
hahaha, Croatch's mugshot is priceless in every pic. Pissed off on the internet, pissed off in pictures. I wonder if this guy is ever happy? He looks ecstatic in his avatar
He looks ecstatic in his avatarhahaha, wouldn't you be under the circumstances?
Sorry.I agree with you. Stan next to me is a joke. He looks hell bigger.
Your weight does not add up at all. Look at Stan`s picture then look at yours.
i agree, he looks fantastic there but you can tell looking at his legs that he's somewhat higher than 6 percent.Could be, I never had is professionally done. Also, my legs weren't flexed there. I'd say no higher than 8%.
He looks ecstatic in his avatarYes, I am in deep meditation at that moment. Nothing else in the world matters at that time. Only the soft mounds of flesh brushing your face....ahhhh, just taking it in...hahah
I like Croatch, but I just don`t see him being bigger than Mcquay at the same height.
sorry, you can't compare a guy standing onstage who's done everything he can to lead up to that moment to a guy posing in his bathroom in his spare time. How much water is Croatch holding there? What about lighting? C'mon now.
sorry, you can't compare a guy standing onstage who's done everything he can to lead up to that moment to a guy posing in his bathroom in his spare time. How much water is Croatch holding there? What about lighting? C'mon now.True, but McQuay looks 20x better, period...haha That dude must get crazy ass.
I have yet to see a 5`7 1/2 Natural EVER reach that.
I can`t find a single one.
I like Croatch, but I just don`t see him being bigger than Mcquay at the same height.
I have yet to see anyone get ripped with Oreos and Big Macs.......or see someone who weighs 150lbs deadlift 225 for 113 reps!
I've yet to see anyone bench 535 at 181 pounds without a shirt!!! ;D
The difference is I have credible witnesses!

I would consider myself natural though, considering drugs have nothing to do with my current physique. Or clean, either way, it doesn't matter.
Who have yet to post on this site in the 6+ months you've been refuting that claim of yours. Where do they live? The Congo? ;D
Here is Stan Mcquay in 2004 at 5`7 and 176 lbs. Stan was certainly not natural here either.Take it easy Jumpstart!!!
So Croatch is bigger than this eh?

I hardly think Dave Shaw and Gus Rethwich would post on here, I haven't seen Dave in over 20 years and I have seen Gus since we stopped training after he finished Running Man!dude all you have to do is get one of them to post one time on here and then never post again, it's that simple.
Good stuff!! There is absolutely no comeback line to defend yourself ...from this savage owning ADONIS !! LOL!!!!!!!!
Me Too.
True, but McQuay looks 20x better, period...haha That dude must get crazy ass.
dude all you have to do is get one of them to post one time on here and then never post again, it's that simple.
I tried looking Dave up but failed, I think Gus is in the Mid-West somewhere still promoting PL contests, If anyone knows IM me or just post the info, I would love to get in contact with Gus again!Gus promotes the WABDL up in either Washington or Oregon somewhere.
Whatever he looks a ton better than Apenis.
croatch's attitude pisses me off sometimes, but the undeniable fact is that he's a tank, and adonis is just a jealous baby who can't accept that there are posters who look better than him.
I`d be jealous of this guy way before Roach. A REAL Lifetime Natural Pro.
But I am not of either.
These guys there look like chicken compared to croatch.Croatch wouldn`t come close to even beating them.
TA's thread has backfired hahahahahahahaNot at all.
Not at all.
We all have established that he was wrong.

Adonis is not schooled into certian aspects of bodybuilding competition.
Croatch wouldn`t come close to even beating them.
HAHAHAHA ADONIS ADMITS TO NOT BEING A NATURAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!No.
HE SAYS THAT GUY IS:
1) A LIFETIME NATURAL
2) A PRO
AND ADONIS SAYS HE IS NEITHER HAHAHAHHA
for the love of god who fucking cares....
you re living through a fucking internet messageboard, retard.
yes. people just adjust their numbers because dumbass pro BBs claim to be 0% when the lowest anyone can ever really get to is like 3-4%, and thats like munzer.
The Question is, if Croatch enters Mr Getbig this year, who beats him?? ???
I`d be jealous of this guy way before Roach. A REAL Lifetime Natural Pro.
But I am not of either.
I prefer a real Lifetime Natural Pro as the standard.
I'm just saying the shots are minipulated to prove a point, I don't think you can compare a guy onstage to another guy in his bathroom if that was the case than Kamali would have been mr. o judging by those pics in his kitchen a few years ago.
Croatch owns adam
The last shots I posted, I was 225 with roughly 11% bf, so 208 @ 6% is reasonable. In this shot here, I was @6%, but at 200lbs or 197lbs? This was about 3 years ago. It's only about 8-9lbs over the past 3 years. In some ways, it actually sucks..hahah

U look good Cooksie.
Q: Can juicers enter MR GETBIG?
hormonized
8%
cant say weight or height from picture,,no reference,,no one next to him in picture
can blow up easily if wanted,,looks like he is aiming at low bodyfat,,this guy can blow up
very good physiqe indeed
hahahahahaha!!!!!!!! Croatch can back up the talk at least. Adonis' jealousy is pathetic.
wow, I thought that Adonis was a butt buddy of the Squad..this is interesting
he was at one point, until it became obvious that adonis is everything the squad makes fun of.I liked Layne`s answer.
I liked Layne`s answer.
Put you back in your place. :)

You have the genetics of an interior decorator.
"I think you are misinterpreting Layne a bit. While he feels that the most important factor regarding weight gain, loss, or maintenance is actual calorie #, he does not at all dismiss the fact that different foods/macro ratios will indeed affect the body in a unique manner."Why don`t you post what Layne wrote. Haven`t I always said the same thing. Caloric amount is THE most important thing. Eat what you want. You get adequate nutrients with a common, everyday diet and that you would have to PURPOSELY GO OUT OF YOUR WAY to not meet these nutritional needs.
:)

And that a Calorie will always be a calorie, but a Macronutrient is not a Macronutrient?
I have said this time and time again. Your comprehension skills suck, because you speak of eating jars of mayonaisse. You are an idiot.
His "place" is one of a non-bullshitter who is stronger than you ever were.
Your "place" is eating food, then coming on here and bragging about it like the rest of us live in Ethiopia and don't have food of our own.
You have the genetics of an interior decorator.
ROFLMAO!!!!
Nice seeing you rip on someone else aside from me for a change.
Iv'e been meaning to say something about that.
Sorry X, i was in ASSHOLE mode that day and was ripping you for no good reason.
You seem like an alright dude So i am formally apologizing.
Cool man. I have been meaning to tell you, that even though I have seen only your right arm, that fucking thing is huge. You seriously a life time natty?

by the way adam, why not put your money where your mouth is? here's a diet plan that should be easily sustainable on a daily basis that won't go over roughly 2800 calories and is entirely reasonable as a "common diet".i'd be ready to strangle someone on a 'diet" like that.
morning: two poptarts and some orange juice
lunch: two slices pizza and a can of pepsi
dinner: spaghetti and meatless sauce with a glass or two of wine
before bed: a bagel with some cream cheese on it
that's entirely "normal" for most people. eat like that on a daily basis and see how it works for you. according to you, a common everyday diet gives you enough nutrients, so that diet must give you plenty of protein, right? and you won't have too many carbs or too much sugar, right?

5 7.5" is short and 200lbs looks bigger then what Croatch looks from what I have seen.Yes, Monster Bone Structure. What sorry fucking physique to start with..hahah
So Adonis is right about that.
But Croatch may be 200lbs because of a big bone structure.
Yes, Monster Bone Structure. What sorry fucking physique to start with..hahah
I was probably 8% in that earlier shot. Probably 8% now.
Epic 13" arms, brutal 70" egghead, monster white trash tattoos.
Self Owning...hahah

I think he is full of shit if he thinks he is 6 percent bodyfat.

so would i, but my point was that it's extremely easy to have a "common everyday" diet that is severely antithetical to athletic goals. what i listed there is nothing abnormal for a lot of people, and i dare say you'd find that millions out there who eat far worse on a daily basis without realizing it.
adam, like all of us, likely instinctively knows which foods are a better choice than the others. if you're at a restaurant and see one meal that's all bread and another that's a fair balance between a lean meat and a bread, we'll pick the latter. he admits to eating fruits, salads, and the like. i don't really aim for an especially difficult diet, but here's what i've had so far today (i'm trimming down hence the light load)
morning: a large bowl of raisin bran in skim milk and some OJ
lunch: a 12" meatball sub with provolone
post-workout: about 3/4 scoop of a GNC gainer, i'd ballpark it at under 600 cals
dinner: a mandarin chicken salad with light ranch dressing and a banana
an hour later: a small bowl of cereal (the salad was too small and i was hurtin' again after an hour)
and before i hit the hay i'll repeat breakfast, without the OJ.
if you add that up, i got a fair amount of protein in there and in the 2500-3000 calorie ballpark. you could call that an "average everyday diet", but i chose everything specifically. is it a perfectly planned and scientific diet? hell no, but it also wasn't whatever i could get my hands on without regard for what's in it.
and that's my point. what you and i would call a "normal diet" is not what is a normal diet to the world at large.

You need to lower your caloires a bit more. Get rid of some of the fat a little faster. Do this day in, day out and you too will be ripped. You aren`t an athlete nor is any bodybuilder, PRO or otherwise.
It would be different if you were an athlete. You would simply need more calories. I am glad that Layne has explained to you that their is no such thing as dirty foods or clean foods, good foods or bad foods.
Perhaps you should read more on the evolutionary process which took place in humans to gain a better understanding of how efficient we really are. No species of any animal would be here if they weren`t entirely efficient.
a few things: i'm 265 pounds with a metabolism that's gotten quicker over time. that's plenty low for me now. if i keep lowering calories my body isn't going to just drop all fat more quickly, otherwise i'd just go anorexic again.
secondly, layne and bodyfx2 BOTH said that macronutrient ratios make a huge difference and that there is a such thing as a "bad food" when looked at in the scope of goals. a slice of pizza can be counterbalanced, but a diet full of similarly constructed food will NOT help you. more than that, some foods can be unhealthy in the long-term. you're confusing what "good" and "bad" mean.
thirdly, the evolutionary process does not mean any body is entirely efficient. we are efficient, but we aren't perfectly so. i appreciate that you're big on evolutionary science and a fellow dawkins reader, but gah dammit boy pay closer attention.

You would be better off KNOWING how much you are eating, instead of guessing. You aren`t giving me an exact caloric amount so I cannot say that you are in the 2500-3000. I also don`t know how much you are eating. Are you sure you do? Do you just eyeball it?
Bodybuilders do not need special diets at all.
2500-3000 is arbitrary anyway. how can you know how many calories i need? for my size, my activity level, what i eat, my genetics, how much sleep i get... it's a lot to add together and you've never explained how you can claim to know how calories will affect the body minute by minute. On a long enough Timeline with Constant calories, we can know this easily with the realization of trends. This is part of my formula.
and that contradicts your claim that you only go by weekly averages. if what you're saying is true that calories change your body by the minute, then what is the point of going by weekly averages?
wrong.

Influence of protein intake and training status on nitrogen balance and lean body mass
M. A. Tarnopolsky, J. D. MacDougall and S. A. Atkinson
Department of Physical Education and Pediatrics, McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.
The present study examined the effects of training status (endurance exercise or body building) on nitrogen balance, body composition, and urea excretion during periods of habitual and altered protein intakes. Experiments were performed on six elite bodybuilders, six elite endurance athletes, and six sedentary controls during a 10-day period of normal protein intake followed by a 10-day period of altered protein intake. The nitrogen balance data revealed that bodybuilders required 1.12 times and endurance athletes required 1.67 times more daily protein than sedentary controls. Lean body mass (density) was maintained in bodybuilders consuming 1.05 g protein.kg-1.day-1. Endurance athletes excreted more total daily urea than either bodybuilders or controls. We conclude that bodybuilders during habitual training require a daily protein intake only slightly greater than that for sedentary individuals in the maintenance of lean body mass and that endurance athletes require daily protein intakes greater than either bodybuilders or sedentary individuals to meet the needs of protein catabolism during exercise.

Watch his video he made about his transformation, Croatch can you repost it up?
Yeah, I'd like to see that. Every time I see the pic I realize that was an amazing transformation. He looked worse than Adonis on a coke bender at a gay bar in Vegas.
I`d be jealous of this guy way before Roach. A REAL Lifetime Natural Pro.
But I am not of either.

Bodybuilders do not need special diets at all.
Bodybuilders DO, you DON'T. See you are not a BB or athlete or really anything. You are a boy who has no money to buy food so you starved and lost weight and now look like a concentration camp prisoner. Hope this helps;D ;D ;D
Have you read that article, The True Adonis? And I do not mean just the abstract...I'm not "dissing" you I'm just trying to be critique the article...
1) Were the the 3 groups randomized? What was the selection criteria for an "elite BB," an "elite endurance athlete," or a "sedentary control"?
2) Do groupings of 6,6,6 meet the criteria of being statistically significant?
3) What factors in this study do you think make this not generalizable to an "elite bodybuilder" or other categories
4) Do you know what method they used to measure "nitrogen balance"...what I am getting at here is did they use the 10% fecal excretion method? or did they actually measure it?
and Croatch...great improvements since the "egghead" pic
I think he is full of shit if he thinks he is 6 percent bodyfat.
Here is what I ate on 3/10/07damn that sounds good.
1.:Stuffed Eggplant with Wine Sauce
2. Fried Fish and Macaroni and Cheese
3. Burger King Whopper
4. 3 Glasses of Wine
5. 2 Large Pieces of Handmade Pizza with Truffle Oil, Mushrooms and Crab Meat
6. Doughnut
damn that sounds good.

dude must be selling on the side to afford truffle oil..for those of us that cook. That shit ain't cheap!Lump Crab Meat
Adam you using imitation crab or lump meat?! That sounds pretty tasty!
Just a couple of questions for Croatch:-Yeah, one 2 month cycle in 1994. I lost around 70% of the gains, then dropped the rest after I stopped lifting.
1. You said you're clean, so I take it you've used in the past?
2. How long have you been clean, and did you lose much when you came off?
3. In that vid, you gained 54lbs in one year!!! That's pretty damn impressive, but if the answer to Q1 is 'yes', what kind of cycle were you on during that period?
What's funny is that he (Croatch) never even had his bf tested, yet makes a claim as if it were a fact.Agreed. I never had it tested really. Judging from some video and pictures, I'd say @8%. Relatively lean. It doesn't really matter to me what percent I was, it's the appearance I was going for when I cut up. If I had to guess, I'm probably @8% now or even 7%. If I were 9%, I couldn't careless. Over 10% maybe, hahah.
That's like saying I can win the Mr. Olympia tomorrow if I step onstage, but I'm not going to compete, so Jay can have it in my absense. Ridiculous...
Croatch post some more of those vids of the mostermaker and you playing drums they are funny as hell. Here's a link to my page of videos. You'll find the Moaster video, amongst other completely meaningless and unprofitable videos.

Lump Crab Meat
I wasn't on anything to gain the 50+ in one year, which was 2002.
i don't think he's 6 percent unless he's dieted WAYYYYYYY down since his last pictures, his last photos show him in great shape but still at around 14-15 percent bf which is still good considering his height and weight, if he was 6 percent he would probably be in the low 180's bodyweight.
Croatch, WHY do you put UDOS OIL in your POST WORKOUT SHAKE???Uh oh, I'm sensing a stalker from the East...
Please Speak on this!
50+lbs in one year naturally!!! I don't mean to sound negative, but guys on juice struggle to gain that. You must have the most perfect genetics for bodybuilding in the history of mankindGranted, that was an extreme change in diet, quit smoking, and muscle memory was surely involved. I couldn't gain 15lbs of muscle in a year now..hahaha Hell, I've probably only gained 8lbs in the past few years, of lean mass, which is about average. Crazy to think about how all that work only equates to a few pounds. ::)
