Use them for a month, then take them away for a month.... I very much doubt youl notice any difference

leucine alone is better than BCAAs imo, there are studies on that. (regarding maximizing protein synthesis)

but imo the only point of leucine is using it together with insulin, unless you get less than 40g protein per meal (then you suck at life though).

Flavored ones are good for adding flavor to your shakes, that's about it.

A secret in the whey protein industry is to sub in bcaas because they're cheaper...

It's all far less effective than food.

they sub BCAAs for useless amino acids (non-EAAs) because they are cheaper... amino spiking.
BCAAs are much more expensive than whey
only shitty ass companies do that though.
while i dont regularly use whey as substitute for food (only when bulking peri-workout) it does have its place imo. gotta get quality though

I feel like drinking a bcaa mix while working out gives me more endurance, and natural energy.

You're right about the type of aminos. But it's still all crap.

Nothing is better than a balanced diet IMO. Macros are macros but whole foods are already perfectly balanced to include things like vitamins, minerals, fibre, etc... Plus... And this may sound dumb... But nothing controls the appetite like a balanced meal eaten slowly with proper chewing...

The placebo effect is very powerful. If it's working for you then do it...

Good luck getting everyone to agree on what a "balanced diet" is!

The Meateor™
A carnivore’s delight created with our beefy Bolognese sauce, smoked ham, pepperoni, seasoned ground beef, spicy Italian sausage and mounds of pizza mozzarella.

Meat sauce instead of just plain tomato. Genius.

sounds rather good, would take off the smoked ham though and ask the waitress if I could have her "smoked meat" instead.
Ha!

I have tried the drink for bcaa which mainly tasted like shit so i stopped (did not see a diff in physique)

Did pill form religiously  two seperate times . Basically all in all i didnt notice anyting and decided to just save my money and quit the bcaa and glutamine routine.

I notice less bloating in the stomach when i take as little oral as possible meaning from vitamins to aas

try powders... regarding the vitamins and supps.
i prefer powders over caps/tabs too.. not sure what they put in the coatings but some tabs are stomach acid resistant and that might cause issues for you...
i take a multivitamin powder, feels much better than tabs for me even though it contains digestive enzymes and probiotics which would often cause bloating or stomach issues in tab form for me...

That article wasn't complete. They removed part of it and said it would be continued at a later date. Wonder what was taken out?

Reading the comments was pretty disappointing. Nothing worse then know it alls that  know less then just about everyone else.
