the following three gents have the absolute best horse shoes in the history of bodybuilding.....imo
mentzer......Christian.. ...and bannout!!!!!
these guys were synthol free and used the basic gear.......and good old fashioned training.
what say you?

Completely smooth oil filled triceps in the bottom pics.
The top pic was the 93' Arnold? Looked more or less oil free there. Who knows.

Not even...this was 1992, when he won his Pro card...no oil back then. His arms looked the same in 91, 90, 89...

Looks like a big out-of-place shiny bubble to me. Zero striations. The delts, and pecs being striated should indicate the tri's would definitely be heavily striated, and they aren't.
I call oil so...Just my opinion.

If you're looking at tricep mass, Aaron Baker's triceps are better than Flex's

How can it be oil (Synthol) when it was never invented yet? Dude's triceps always looked like that. If you look at old footage from 1989 they look the same.
Only on certain poses could you see the striations...that pose one doesn't.
