Hillary Clinton holds a huge national lead over Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), according to a new poll. A Monmouth University survey released Wednesday found Clinton with a 33-point lead, taking 59 percent support nationally over Sanders at 26 percent

Sanders has always seemed like he's positioning himself to be vp to me... He'd be a strong addition to the ticket IMO given the difference in who will vote for either of them.

I think it's easy to blame gender or skin color... but why wasn't Cain the nominee? Or bachmann? I listen to Rush daily, and he's always saying it's race and gender... but magically, doesn't work for repubs? Hmmmm

1. Most repubs and conservatives will vote for the candidate they feel is the most qualified not by color, race or gender.
2. Liberals vote based on feelings and say stupid shit like "we need a black president" "It's time for women president" no matter what their past looks like no matter what their qualifications are no matter who they've had killed in the past. Liberal can't run on policy.

Looked like Coach meant someone in this thread or board. Only person admitting he's going to vote for her afaik is Primemuscle, and I think he admits doing it without much thought (kinda like Coach says, when you think about it).

I don't see what will stop her, unfortunately. But it is interesting so few people will admit having plans to vote for her. And no one is enthusiastic, at all. (Maybe Bill ::))

Her negative numbers are as bad as Trump, but she will scoop up all the Obamabots, and most other Democrats. I don't see anyone on the Republican side at this point who is going to get a lot of crossovers. Maybe Rubio if he gets the nomination?

Sorry to tell you, but I think Trump is the one with crossover appeal. People are heavily burned-out after dingdong-W, then Obama the Slime, with Hillary and Jeb lurking the whole time like buzzards.
We want out of this mess!

I think Trump will get some of the independent vote, but not cross-over Democrats. In fact, one of the ways to help all but guarantee Hillary will be elected is to have Trump win the GOP nomination.
But I agree it's a mess.

the trump robots are worse. Obama was at least kissing ass and being politically correct. Obama is shitting on every group he can, like a kid TRYING to get kicked out of class... and more and more repubs love him for it.
I think he could shove a short, handicapped, female mexican reporter down a flight of steps at the next debate and 10 days later.... he'd top 50%. His base just loves rude, violent, cruel and mean.

He will tell us the plan AFTER he gets elected. sure, repubs hated that shit about obamacare, but this is different, we're only giving him the keys to the white house and the nuclear suitcase.
