Funny the longer I do it the more common that gets. There is always some "hardass bouncer" that is hired who says he is former special ops, blackbelt in kungfukaratethaiboxing ninjitsu and has seen "combat" and has all of these "war stories" of him knocking guys out with one punch (harder than most think).
Then... when shit hits the fan and fist are flying and we are putting the hammer down on some drunk fucks he is nowhere to be seen till you already have the situation neutralized. Then the excuses..couldn't get through the crowd...didn't hear the radio alarm... was in the bathroom.

Finally it's the.."good thing you guys got this shit handled cause if I was here I would have **insert specialty knockout, death grip hold, jujitsu ninja strike here**, and things wouldn't have gotten this bad."  ...thats when I want to punch him in the face.

Holy shit, I had that one too!..the, I'm registered as a lethal weapon cause of my blackbelt / military service...LOL

Funny though all the regular blokes that play rugby (sports for that matter) or just live a regular dudes life who's conversations revolve around steaks, beer, the family at home they go to at the end of the night have always been the reliable ones. I would trust a regular honest guy vs. super ninjitsu GI Joe super cage fighter any day to have my back.

Man I never realized how many badasses and tough guys there are on Getbig.  So many guys who compete in the UFC using gimmick accounts on here it is amazing.  I'm truly surprised and honored.  We should put out a challenged to any other website in the world for an all-out brawl.  Oh wait, of course this would have to be done over the internet.  ;)

I'm like  : " well , you should be happy as when you rage behind the wheel he'll be beating people up not like me urging you to mind your bussiness ( which she hated cause she would talk smack and I had to physically deal with it )

and she goes : " nooo...he cannot fight ...he is registered as a pro fighter and diff laws apply

I'm LMAO at this point and she get's pissed !

I would not want to be a bouncer. When I do go to a club, I prefer to be inside partying rather than standing outside.

I do know some guys who bounce though (some powerlift at the gym I train at), and they often have stories from the weekend about fights they had.

I have had a few fights at clubs though (probably less than 1% of the times I have gone out) and I easily won each of those.

nobody never tried to fight with me, and I never start shit so it never happened

I knocked a guy in the teeth during a class in high school but that doesn't count, it was a long time ago and it wasn't really a fight

i've gotten my ass handed to me several times over the years as a kid...my father taught us to fight a bully even if we thought we'd lose. Get some good shots in and take the ass beating. He said that even if you lose, they all know you'd fight and get some damage in so they would less likely pick on you vs. some other kid that doesn't fight back....he was right.

8th grade a guy and his brother kept picking on me..one day in the lunch room I walked up with the metal napkin holder and proceeded to give the older brother 26 (or so) stitches...then his younger brother and cousin beat my ass a bit before teachers got there...no one picked on me the rest of the year. They broke my nose and gave me a black eyes and a busted lip but I got credit for fighting 3 guys at once ;D  ...when in reallity it was one guy and the other two kicked my ass..lol

big fat fck wouldnt get outta my way in the hallway at school so I shoved him in his chest...as soon as I shoved him he just whaled up and knocked the shit outta my left eye right on the edge of my ocular cavity

shit bleed like hell.......I grabbed his fat hair and punched him as many times as I could in his back/kidney area....he was pissing blood as long as my eye was black/blue, I had to get 3 stitches too

prob the start of the whole working out thing...i was so pissed about being kicked off basketball team I just pounded out weight....I remember I got ass from some chic from the ymca while everyone else was playin shitty middle school basketball 8)

Bouncers (kind of old label...when going to court you want to be known as security personal or crowd control event management, etc...PC I know...but than again I am in SoCal) want to herd and direct a person(s) away from a given area.  A experienced and good bouncer does not always have to touch anyone, at first. Voice commands usually work in most cases. Second choice is using size, body weight and leverage (so many bouncers are or have been football linemen) to move a person in the direction you want them to go. That would be out or away from the main entrance. Club owners do not want bounces in fights (insurance matters and draws the attention of the police) but sometimes it is unavoidable. If a bouncer throws the first punch, elbow (best way to handle things, in my view) or knee there may be legal problems.

For some bouncers,the old bum's rush is the best way to escort anyone out the door. Second is the jr high school wedgie move.  The person is mostly kept on his toes and can be controlled very well, in both cases. Besides that his nut's are in danger.

Smaller  98 lb women can give a lot of problems.  140lb tweakers on meth, crank, dust, etc are one major pain.

Agree with SI. Any potential bouncer who is always telling about his adventures, fighting skills, lifting is usually BS'ing. Sort of like on GB. If your really good, no need to talk about it, the better ones seldom do.

There are female bouncers, now and them. Always keep back-up close by.  Bouncing gig's are not the best way to make a living. Just making some extra cash (usually under the table) if going to school or between jobs.

Side Bar: no offense to Sevastase but those club's he goes to do look a little gayish . And the women, in the pictures, do tend to resemble what are called Fag Hag's in SoCal. Just an observation on my part, probably wrong. Maybe Romania is like ancient Rome where AC/DC and any thing else goes.

the 2 of the ones that resonate with my in this lifetime were in the Roman empire times and antique Greece

I will agree the best night is one where I don't have to risk my face for $150. If I can talk them into going outside with me to "chat" then once pass the door tell them to have a good night and walk back in as my doormen make sure he doesn't follow is always the best move. Less risk of a fight, damaged property etc..
