I'm guessing the cops would record (camera or otherwise) the license plates of every bike playing cawk-blocker on this move, then lock em up later?
And I hope any prick that uses the street for a playground like that is NOT the same person screaming "Watch out for motorcycles, respect us!!"
In south FL, we have a lot of awareness for bikers, but they're the responsible ones that own a 50k harley and follow traffic laws and just like to ride. That's awesome. However, people that drive 90mph on public roads and impede police - well, I don't want to hear them screaming about bike rights. Blocking that cop is not cool - he might have been responding to a call of a getbigger trapped under a bench press bar!
