myself natural at about 170lbs

I think for a natural to be anywhere close to 200lbs cut they would have to be over 6ft and have atleast 20+years of training.

I know the seperations in my quads don't cut deep but my legs stay pretty much as cut as they are now even when I put on a few lbs of fat for the offseason.
