He doesn't use anything to cover them up. The coats of tan would make them pretty hard to see anyway.

I'm not Lee, but Dermablend is the best thing you can use to cover tattoos. They will be completely hidden, it is very effective. You can normally find it at department stores in the cosmetics area, about $30 or so....Put in on an hour or so before you take the stage, let it dry and if you are careful you can apply oil over it etc..
