Arms look bigger than last yr. We already saw that he added mass to his chest. Chances are he has a Thicker back. He'll get bigger as the yrs go by.

Well, I guess anyone could get bigger, but on his frame, it wont look good. He doesnt have the skeletal structure to carry mass like ronnie. It will eventually look like shit.

He doesn't need to come in bigger. Just keep the same conditioning as last year. Wolf, Kai will still be struggling to come in shredded and still full. As far as conditioning is concerned, Branch is the only threat but he looks like a fuckin' Gremlin on drugs.

He's dry and grainy but has no detail. The drug regimen, hardcore training BS plus numerous tears and the lack of great genetics= Branch, muscle density but week detail specially in the back. But when it comes to conditioning in general, that's more than Wolf and Kai have showed recently though they should still place higher than that troll.
And don't compare him to a prime Dex, just not in the same league.

Agreed. Arms over power everything, too narrow, though his conditioning is good. If he had better width, I think we would be complaining less about him :)

His frame simply wasn't build to carry +250 pounds. He would look better as a light heavy (just like tons of other pros).

If Phil had a few inches wider clavicles and 10 more pounds he would be the greatest ever.. But if you really look at his physique he is so flipping narrow in his bone structure and he really has average body parts besides arms.. But his shape and conditioning is great.. But if he goes the way of "I don't need to add size anymore" route it will be the beginning of the end.. Once they start training to maintain all else suffers as well..

Phil ooks great! Not prime ronnie great but phil admits that! I think kai could be the best but like everyone says the grapefruit fiasco took his chance away. I think Kai has a great attitude and had alot less to work with money wise coming up. phil is no ghetto boy like kai used to be. Kai deserves it more. Kai actually has more of th Ronnie Bicep peaks. But phil is just massive.
Phils forarms are unbelievable! I don't think he uses much SEO. if any. maybe on game day but not all year. but kai has better abs and legs and back detail and a thicker chest. Kai is probably stronger as well.

I doubt Jay has a shot at the #1 at his age. His best chance is to drop 10-20 and go back to his 2001 physique if possible. That way he at least has a shot at the 2nd place.
