ive dieted on no carbs, ive dieted on low carbs, ive "dieted" on super high carbs.
protein is always at least 300g per day. never go under that number, thats forshhow. but i dont count really, so i couldnt tell you how much i eat day to day exactly. buti eat alot of the stuff... i would imagine somedays i get astronomical on that number.
fat...never more than 150g. never. depends on how many carbs im eating and what my current goal is.
