I haven't been in a gym to train for over a month now since getting kicked out. Last week I was in Hilo at the gym we are doing over there. There was 225 in the power rack. I was sitting on the bench talking to the guys and leaning against the bar while talking. One of the guys asked me if I coudl do that. I said I should but I haven't lifted in a month. I ws doing an easy 10 to 15 reps with 225 before getting kicked out so I figured I should be able to do this at least once. So I tried it. And all I could get was one. If I wanted toblow a nut I could have done 2. I can't believe how weak I got in such a short time. Unreal. I will be starting from square one again once I get back.
