Well, you guys are probably going to beat my ass for this one, but here it is:  I am a little worried because I sent out a little somethin' somethin' to my buddy down state as a gift. I had it discreetly packed and in a padded envelope and I placed it in a small usps box and then the guy weighed it and told me how much to pay. So I payed him and he put the postage on it and through it in the box of other such items. So, I always try to be super cautious (actually never sent anything) so I am probably overanalyzing but I didnt put his name or any name I just put the address on it. Then I started worrying if it was going to go out or not. And worrying about them tracing that shit back to me because I had on my work uniform which had my name on it like a dumbass. Am I overreacting and this is no big deal and not having recipients name on it is not a problem?

As much mail as the USPS has to ship out, I'm doubting they will notice anything about your package.

As long as it's going to his personal address, a name isn't required.

If it was an apartment complex then it could be a problem without a name.

its damn sure an apartment complex but it has the proper suite number and address on it. and the guy looked over it and stamped it. I think they always check for addressing accuracy when you send boxes from thaty desk. I mean the guy looked at it and threw it in the box. It seems like he would have said something. Damn I need to pay closer attention.

next time just put resident on the package. always use fake return address and most post office have self - service machine where you weigh your own pack and pay by debit card- you can add tracking and all that shit yourself- dont go to the tellers.

just use usps, priority mail with a confirmation delivery. make the labels on your computer so you wont worry about hand writing or fucking it up. use a fake name and address....with a REAL zipcode. pay in cash and dont wear a fucking name tag!!!! or work uniform. use a post office that you dont normally use and dont worry so much.

USPS w/ Deliv Conf is the easiest.....

You do need to write down a return address, doesn't mean it has to be a real one.
