305 pounds? Doubt it. He almost looks to be in contest shape.

he hasn't improved on his weaknesses...in short, he is lazy.

Nothing to do with laziness. You cannot improve weaknesses! By that I mean making weak body parts strong. It doesn't happen at this level. Doesn't happen much at any level. A bodybuilder can get bigger overall, he can get harder. That's pretty much it.

Unless Dennis could shoot Synthol in his lower back, it ain't coming up.

Always funny/sad when fans critique bodybuilders and tell them which parts they should improve. As if they don't know it and don't try.  ::)

Not almost contest shape.
But got to agree with doubting about 305lbs.
I hope that number is true.
If he weight 305lbs, thats too awsome.

Not contest shape, but pretty close. If he's 305, he looks as lean or leaner than Ronnie did at that weight.

Chris Cormier specifically said that Wolf was lazy (exact wording) when it came to leg training. Wolf has weak hamstrings and that has to change if he wants to beat Kai or Branch.

Seems like 6' to me.

His own personal website says he's 180 cm which is just under 5'11" so if we subtract an Internet Inch I would put him at 5'10".

Funny how he looks like a Colossus on stage.  Really highlights how short most of the pros are.

Well I have met him and I would say if he's not 6' then 5'11" is close enough.

Any way you cut it, he stands out in a field of dwarves. ;)

Who are you kidding? You are damaged goods. At this point you'd take any cock thrown at you.

Why would you talk to a woman like this?  Have you met this young lady?  Did  you throw your weenie at her? No?  Of course not,  you little prick.  You're so stupid that if you ever changed your mind, I would hate to see the diaper.

Oh, I know that in your priapic little internet tough guy world, you're better at sex than anyone you know, all you need now is a partner.  Sadly, its all too obvious that instead of teaching you manners, your mother only taught you to fetch.

Fuck that noise Chumley.

As for Dennis Wolf, he is one of the better bodydopers around today.  Tall, with a waistline instead of a wasteline and with fairly good looks too.  Hopefully he will only continue to improve.

Dorian Yates disagrees with you

A qoute from 1995 in Flex magazine goes like this: "I went over my back training with Kev Levrone...he shows up at the Mr. O with a damn back!"

Dex has improved his back thickness, even Jay at one time has done that...but his lower back is still a weak point...and notice how he trains...
Phil Heath has improved his chest, and he himself has stated that Hany had him stopped training his arms for a month and focus on his weaknesses...so this also refutes your "you cannot improve your weaknesses"

Didn't Arnold focus on his calves which were a weak point?

I agree, you may not make mind blowing improvements overnight, but over a while you can improve any bodypart whether it be adding size, cuts, density,or even bringing it in to proportion.

Otherwise,why even train and juice?
