quincy jones was the real mastering genuis behind all mj hits... Let's not forget lyrics and singers are great, but musicians and writers are as great as them.

Weird. I found him to be out of touch with the world and a legit freak, albeit it may not have been his fault. Its sad what his father did to him and the fact that he grew up out of touch with reality from an early age.

IMO Paul McCartney is the greatest entertainer of the 20th century.

I remember reading something that summed it up nicely.A guy working at a tv store would put music dvds of concerts on to try to get people to buys tvs, on the tvs in the window and in the store, he tried all musicians with very little interest from the public, when he put Michael Jackson on he noticed people would just stop what they were doing and stand there and watch, business went up.

Yeah man, something about him and his music put peoples brains on a higher vibration. He hypnotizes people and I don't think I can say another solo artist has ever done such a thing. Here's what made him special: All races and All ages loved him. You cannot say that about any other artist to the degree he did it. He was amazing.
