I am willing to bet the farm and the donkey that Mr. Col. M.J. Horton in fact was better at the Zottman Curl than its purveyor, Mr. George "FatNeck" Zottman.

The Iphone Zottman Curl doesn`t seem to procure any such desired result.  Interesting to note that no matter how versatile the Zottman Curl may be, in any form it is relegated to uselessness.

Good point. The last 20 years or so, his relevance has slipped, but I give him a pass as his writing was always first rate (maybe not the novels) and he had that rare 'I don't give a f*ck attitude' when skewering an opponent. His squabbles with William Buckley always made me smile.  :)

/skimmed his daniel shays essays just last week. more held up than didn't. that says something
