HHaha..I really like Keef's riffs to be honest.
But, yeah, this incident had a real impact on him. After it happened, he supposedly began carrying weapons all over his body - guns strapped to his ankles, knives and derringers up his sleeves and stuff like that. Ronnie Wood wrote that he (Keith) became known for pulling guns on people in hotels and shit, too. I guess he was permanently scarred by the guys that were supposed to be providing his security that day at Altamont.

I like Keef's work too, and a lot of the Stones stuff is great. I just always find it funny when "rock stars" try to come across as badasses....give me a break. Most weigh 135lbs, strung out and couldn't beat up an 8th grader without their 300lb security guy holding them...haha

Don't have any. I could make one up like some of the people on here, but I would rather talk about stuff I have actually done and could prove with pics when I have them. I did see some of them driving down the street way back. And my friend used to sell a bunch of them steroids back in the 80's
