Few people get hit by lightning but somebody does.

All vaccines have a statistical rate of bad reactions.

All approved vaccines have an extremely low incidence.

The Covid vax has a small but comparatively large incidence of reactions.  It is still a vaccine that never passed normal approvals required of other vaccines.

How did u establish that most doctors and scientists want good things for us and are good trustworthy  people in general? Is there a study that proves this? Cause most people I know that went to medical school  were snobs and dorks
