It depends. If I was destined to live to be 100 years old, and someone said I would die at 99 years old and have a body like that, then yes.
However, if I was destined to die at 54, and someone said I would die at 53 year old and have a body like that, then no.
I think Id have to play it safe and say no.

Except these who'll have lots of money (which realistically won't be a big number.. We are talking bb'ers afterall, lol..). new heart? No prob - grown in a lab.. New kidneys? Even easier... Times will change, it'd be wise to start saving/investing due to solely that reason if one is juicing hard. As usualy - these with money will get a slap on a wrist, while poor fuckers will have it worse.

Most people will give way more then one year for way worse reason. Like Smoking, bad diet ,drinking,drugs and so on. 5-20 years of misery!! I think a great body for one year of your life is pretty good deal. If I wouldn't be perfect ,I would do it!! Sure why not..

Most pros are chopping 20-30 years off their lives to look half as good.

Depends on the year. Would I be passing and shutting myself and stuck in bed because I'm 99? Or would I be 88 and still going decent but struggling to stay around to see my grandchildren grow up?
My grandfather is struggling right now, he desperately wants to see our son grow older... so every day is a fight to him to keep going.. and he's still mobile, still living life... but he said to keep going you have to have drive. He wouldn't sacrifice 10 secs for any kind of bullshit right now.
Perspective.
