A chick friend loved it though

lol creatine worked really well for me the first time I started training. My arms exploded and people really noticed. I was vegetarian at the time
I tried it again recently and no difference. I use it for my carb up days though along with some glycerine. Works really well then for assisting the carb up but we are talking 20g a week

Ostarine is fine, there is another older one that causes blindness apparently
I think there is a few more different ones. They are getting better and better as they get developed. I don't think they are ever going to be a replacement for AAS though. My chick friend really like it but still prefers to take a 10mg epistane before she trains. Much cheaper also. I don't really understand why you'd want to take a SARM. Maybe in PCT if you go off just to keep muscle mass it would depend how large you are I guess

 Steroids in rational doses are proven to be fairly safe why would you want to replace them with a little known about research drug. That most say isn't very effective? In all honestly sarms are in truth like if you took 1 or 2mg(guess) of tren or dbol a day they actually have suggested tren may be an effective sarm.

basic 10mg of epistane will kick sarms asses s4 the one that makes you not be able to see is said to aid a lot in fat loss lol . The idea of sarms are not as scientific as they make it sound basic all they are doing is giving you a low enough dose of a androgen that wont cause sides and give some kinda of gains. They have by no means invented some nasa type shit that works on your androgen receptor and nothing else.
