At the end of he day Shawn Ray is the only veteran with legendary status who you can actually take serious in social media , Ronnie , Levrone , Wheeler are laughable ever since they decided to keep going " to remain relevant on social media. 

Ronnie can drop dead any minute.  Sad but like Shawn says , Ronnie continues to destroy himself while blaming  the doctors.

I haven't watched it , but with his current condition I'm curious to see who does "King Ronnie' blames in the film .

Why does Palumbo assume that had Ronnie used max weight, but with proper form, that he would not have been equally as sucessful, but possibly much healthier long term?  He assumes that the appalling form and excessive weights were the keys to Ronnie's success, and only by that, did he become Mr. Olympia.

It’s bs. Ronnie would have still been a Champion, Phil and jay never did crazy weights/loose form and look at them, many others too. If you are going to grow you are going to grow, whether it’s 20 pounds dumbbell curls or 100 pounds dumbbells in your face.

Ronnie never adjusted his training style as he aged and even after retirement, still insisted to use loose form and trying to go heavy until he can’t with all his surgeries and injuries. Yet he’s still back in the gym when docs told him it’s not a good idea at all

this was exactly my point back when he was like 3 or 4 times Mr.O , If he wanted to break the record or even win 10 sandows all he needed it to do was to train smarter and just focus on being ripped on stage .

You take away the heavy weights, Ronnie could've lost his will to train. A bored Ronnie isn't an Olympia winner. In the end, he just needed to change after 2007 or so. Even Kazmaier and Coan learned to go lighter after a couple of decades.
